Our thoughts and worries are directly tied to our subconscious beliefs, shaped by our first earliest experience where something happened that broke:

  • our self trust, 
  • our trust in others, and 
  • our trust in life. 

When this happened we developed a way of being to survive that left us on constant alert. 

These patterns were formed in early childhood–unconsciously watching how adults around us handled their own stress and uncertainty.
